My name is Merel van der Sar I am back from New Zealand since the end of August 2009. I've been there to write a thesis about neuromarketing and graduated for my course Communication & Multimedia Design. Now it is time to start an adult life and I am jumping to start at a nice marketing- and communication agency.

Interests

In my daily life I love to listen to music and watch movies and series. Recently I downloaded thet music of Kyteman, after I saw his great preformance at the cultural uitmarkt in Rotterdam. He is an amazing artist, especially live.
My day starts with a cup of black coffee and opening my email, marketing blogs (like Marketingfacts, Bright, Emerce etc.) and Twirl, this is a nice application to read and send my tweets. Twitter is in my opinion one of the most interesting developments of social media. It is enormously easy to get in contact with people and to get answers to your questions.

Since I've been in New Zealand for seven months, and traveled for at least one month, I am completely infected by the travel disease, it would be great to see more of the world. Although I think, I wouldn't make an around the world trip, because that would be unfortunate. You can't simply process all the impressions you get on such trip. That is why I should choose to travel for one month, every two years for example to Thailand. Or it would be even more ideal to travel the world through work.
